can I use cornmeal in a recipe that calls for quick cooking polenta?
I am making the orange polenta cake today in the gourmet magazine right now for a friends birthday. Help! I don’t want to ruin it! Thank you.
I should have added that I could not find quick cooking polenta at the stores in our area. I am going for it anyway and will report back on the cake if anyone is interested.
